If you need an official Fapiao (发票) for your special event ticket purchase, please log back into the registration system and provide the necessary information within one month following the event (from April 18, 2026, to May 19, 2026). Submissions received after this period will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
On or before 14 March 2026, attendees will be able to cancel their paid special event registration and receive a refund, less a processing fee of 15% of the total ticket price.
To submit a cancellation request, please submit a written cancellation/refund requests to events@infocommasia.com during the same time frame. Requests should include attendee’s full name, registration number, name of paid special events, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation (if applicable).
There are no refunds for special event registration fees after the cutoff date. Cancellations due to illness or emergency will be evaluated by the organizing team on a case-by-case basis.
