PhD in Physics from Peking University, Executive Deputy Director of Wuhan Jinyinhu Laboratory. Formerly served as the first Secretary General of the China Cybersecurity Industry Alliance of the Cyberspace Administration of China and Vice President of Tianrongxin Technology Group. Served as an expert in the overall group (WG1) of the National Cybersecurity Standardization Technical Committee (TC260), a Chinese expert in the 'China Europe Digital Economy and Cybersecurity Expert Working Group', a key member of the National Cybersecurity Promotion Week Promotion Office, an expert at the China Academy of Cyberspace Research of the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Cybersecurity Research Center of the China Fortune Research Institute, and the Executive Director of the China Association for Industry University Research Cooperation Promotion.

He has carried out innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of Internet and new media for 15 years. The main research directions are the development of the cybersecurity industry, industry planning and policies, innovation systems and collaborative innovation mechanisms, with rich experience in policy research, regional socio-economic development planning, and enterprise operation and management.
