Libiao Jin, professor of the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering, Communication University of China. the chairman of the Cloud Performing Arts Professional Committee of the Cultural Science and Technology Innovation Service Alliance, a member of the Mobile Media and Cultural Computing Special Committee of the China Institute of Communications, and a member of the Intelligent Shooting System Working Committee of the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technology Association. His main research areas are intelligent media communication, intelligent video technology, digital performing arts and cultural technology. He has undertaken national projects such as 'R&D of Key Technologies and Systems for Cloud Performing Arts Immersive Experience' and 'R&D and Data Processing of Digital Non-destructive Collection Device for Tibetan Literature', published 2 textbooks and published more than 100 academic papers. In 2023, he will be awarded the title of 'Outstanding Scientific and Technological Talent' by the Science and Technology Award of the China Film and Television Technology Society.
